Roadside Assistance Program

Pronto Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada. Service includes a jumpstart or a tow for one (1) year from the date of purchase of your service or repair. Roadside assistance is for passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks. This service is provided on a reimbursement basis. You are required to pay the service provider at the time service is rendered and submit for reimbursement (see reimbursement procedures on back).

To be eligible for reimbursement you MUST call the toll-free dispatch number provided to have service dispatched to your location. Program is limited to one (1) roadside assistance service per roadside assistance certificate. Service is limited to a maximum reimbursement of $60.00US/$90.00CN currency each event.
